Service and Experience Design for a Luxury Hotel
HOTEL MONEGAL
For this project, I along with 3 classmates, developed brand guidelines for Hotel Monegal, a luxury hotel in Barcelona’s Plaça de Catalunya. The aim was to create a seamless guest experience combining luxury, personalized service, and an authentic connection with the city. The guidelines ensure consistency across all touchpoints; digital, in-person, and service-related, reflecting the hotel’s unique blend of urban living and local authenticity. By fostering a connection between guests and the city, the guidelines help deliver a cohesive, memorable experience that invites guests to explore the city and return to unwind.
